Assalamualaikum, nak beri sedikit pendapat berkenaan service bank islam di cawangan bandar tanah merah. Minta peka dekat setiap pelanggan sbb ada pelanggan yang nak renew card tercicir dan terpaksa tunggu hampir 3jam untuk tukar pin card baru, terpaksa bertanya sendiri di kaunter untuk pengurusan tersebut. Tolong ye lebih aware dgn setiap customers. Dengan pintu masuk yang tidak terkawal , customer masuk je tak beratur. Customer yang ada pon tak clearkan settle kan semua lagi dah bagi yang lain masuk dan urus yang baru masuk. Habis yang dah lama menunggu ni kena layan diri sendiri? Tunggu turn nama2 tak panggil-panggil . Sebaliknya yang baru masuk duduk tk sampi setengah jam untuk buat card baru. Suggestion saya tempoh card buat 10 tahun terus lain kali. Trima kasih.
