I went at 1pm Thursday on December 31st to boost juice shop in Johor premium outlet. Bad service. Would not recommend. We wanted to order juice but we accidentally chose smoothie on the menu because we weren’t aware. Right after placing the order (they were still typing in the order) we realized it wasn’t juice and asked to change order. Staff said order can’t be changed with very bad manners. We canceled the order and left in the end. You can cancel an order but you can’t change a drink even if the drink haven’t even been made. Why can’t the staff cancel it and place a new order?
