Saya dah beratus kali order barang dan semua barang sampai even saya tak angkat call. Courier akan letak di depan pintu dan akan ws saya tentang ketibaan barang. Tapi kali ni terus status barang direturn kepada sender sebab saya tak angkat call. Saya tengah kerja, tak sempat nak angkat call but at least letak je barang dekat depan rumah, atau arrange next day. Ni terus nak send back to senderš¤. Sangat hargai kalau dapat hantar barang tu esok (21hb) . Totally speechless la, tak pernah kena gini. Tak de insentif untuk cari cara langsung untuk hantar barang.
